Bleuet d’art takes pride in its designs and workmanship and offers one year warranty from the date of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase in the event  that repair is required; Item will be subject to the inspection & discretion of  Bleuet d'art. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Service & online store

Bleuet d’art creations are available in different boutiques, jewelry stores and art galleries. To acquire them, consult the list in the distribution section. It is also possible to buy online for those who are not near our distributors. Prices on our website do not include applicable taxes. By adding an item to the purchasing cart, you will be redirected to Paypal secured website and applicable taxes will be added to the cart.

Freight is based on delivery within Canada, via Canada Express Post, and on regular mail for other countries, unless specific request is received with the order. For expedited delivery to other countries, an estimate will be submitted upon request. Recipient is responsible for applicable custom duties, as well as tariffs & additional taxes to be collected by the carrier upon delivery outside Canada. You may contact us prior to order should you have any question.

Return policy : online purchases are non refundable. Our warranty applies to jewelry purchased online as well as in stores.
